Travis Rintoul, President Although I have only just moved to Carman, this town is already beginning to feel like home to me. Everyone I've met has been so friendly and there is a huge sense of pride and community spirit that you can feel as you walk down the street. I am the Branch Manager here at the CIBC in Carman and have always enjoyed being a part of the community that I live in. In the past, I've participated on many organizing committees and various Chambers of Commerce. Also, my wife and I are very involved with the music scene in southern Manitoba and are anxious to participate in the many music and arts programs available throughout Carman and the Pembina Valley region. There are many great opportunities here in Carman and I look forward to helping my fellow residents and businesses meet their financial goals!
I grew up in Carman my family has always been here. After moving away briefly, my husband and I moved back to raise our two children. This past January I became the owner of Pembina Valley Signs. Our business offers sign rental services in Carman and surrounding area. This is my first year with the Chamber. The reason I wanted to become more involved in the community I live in was to find more opportunities for young people to stay here and see what I can help with to make the town a better place. Carman is already a great place to live and have a business; and raise a family we can only make it better from here.
I have lived in Carman pretty much my entire life. I enjoy living here because my entire family lives in Carman or just outside. Things that I enjoy doing that Carman offers are golfing, curling, swimming, skating and walking the river trail. I am currently working at Parkland Floor & Interiors as the General Manager. This is my first year on the Chamber Board but looking forward to the many years of it. As someone whose family is from Carman and has been for many years, I am hoping to keep Carman a place with strong family values and business opportunities.

I have been involved with community minded events from a very young age and I am excited to be involved with the Carman Chamber. We have enjoyed raising our 6 children in this community and are happy to see that 5 of them have stayed in this area and are now raising there own children in this great small town.
